What I have is an all natural hair growth oil. I have always had a big head and during my time of getting older my hair started to thin. Also unfortunatelyI lost my mother to cancer, but during her stages her hair was thinning as well. I started doing some research and combined olive oil, tea tree oil, and argan oil. I Started applying it to my hair and to my mothers hair and it started growing back. As time moved on I added more oils and finally got the right mixture for what it takes to work miracles. It is also good for skin and I have been told it helps with certain skin disorders.
